Not exactly a new kid on the block Mantaha quit a high powered corporate job in New York City to come and peruse her passion of fitness and wellness in our very own Karachi Pakistan by starting up The Wellness Company.
Located on Zamzama her studio is by far one of the most expensive exercise facilities in town but Mantaha and her team of trainers also provide the most committed levels of interaction with their clients and not only help with the exercises but with the form as well. For a food junkie like me the best part is how she changes her client’s diet plan weekly ensuring she adds recipes so the Detox Programs and the Boot Camps are sustainable.
Mantaha says that this was a calling as she was always being approached by fellow gym members back in New York City and she was able to better guide everyone than the certified trainers present!
No doubt all the celebrities make a beeline for her wellness studios for her customized programs. oh and did we forget to mention this gorgeous lady has acted in the awesome movie Karachi se Lahore too!

Tvinkal is an idea that is seeded in the mind of our Muse and CEO Jahanara because of a dearth of good reading material pertaining to Pakistanis. An avid reader herself, she felt that most of the Pakistani Blogs were all about either sensationalism or were so deeply monetized that all they offered were advertisements or endorsements of different brands.
There isn’t a single Pakistani Lifestyle Blog that talks about the real life interests of Pakistanis especially the women. Be it Fashion, Trends, Street Style, Cooking, Shopping, Upcoming Events, Movie Reviews or a take on the International Scene, we just never get to read a Pakistanis Perspective.
And that is how Tvinkal came about!
