2 nestle yogurt (blue box sweetened)
1 tsp heaped garlic finely chopped n crushed
1 tsp mustard paste
3 eggs hard-boiled cut in cubes
4 potatoes boiled n cubed
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
1 tin mushroom
1 tin sweet corn
1/2 of cheddar cheese (cubed)
1/2 of finely chopped green onion (ONLY GREENS)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Pour all your yogurt in a big mixing bowl.
Add the finely chopped and crushed garlic and the Mayonnaise and gently mix till its well combined.
Add salt black pepper and mustard paste and mix.
Add the potatoes boiled eggs mushrooms (cut finely)sweetcorn and green onions and gently fold in all the ingredients.
Refrigerate or serve as it is?
Your potato salad is ready!
