A much beloved movie franchise of mine to be honest, I love the adrenaline rush and the very ferocity of the stunts.
However the first part of the end of the franchise has left me as a viewer with a bittersweet taste in the mouth.
The story line was nonexistent but that doesn’t matter because as a Fast and Furious fan we understand that the visuals and the adrenaline overtake the need for a story.
But there was actually nothing to this installment! The story line wasn’t there; the stunts were lackluster and done to death already. The movies claim to fame is the fact that it’s putting together almost every character it ever killed off before and that was not very exciting. More meh then yeh!
However Jason Mamoa was quite mesmerizing and definitely all the “IT MOMENTS” of the movie belonged to him. The devious evil clothed in a metrosexual personality and a caveman body was reminiscent of Joker from Batman. However with a movie with nothing to its credit I certainly for one was glad he was there in his lavender silk pants.
Watch it if you must though but don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Tvinkal is an idea that is seeded in the mind of our Muse and CEO Jahanara because of a dearth of good reading material pertaining to Pakistanis. An avid reader herself, she felt that most of the Pakistani Blogs were all about either sensationalism or were so deeply monetized that all they offered were advertisements or endorsements of different brands.
There isn’t a single Pakistani Lifestyle Blog that talks about the real life interests of Pakistanis especially the women. Be it Fashion, Trends, Street Style, Cooking, Shopping, Upcoming Events, Movie Reviews or a take on the International Scene, we just never get to read a Pakistanis Perspective.
And that is how Tvinkal came about!
