The much awaited Enola Holmes is finally here!
Don’t know who I wanted to see more?
Millie Bobby Brown or Henry Cavill!!!
Neither disappointed though….
Based on a novel the movie is as much fun as it promised to be. But other than being entertaining it’s thought provoking. It’s not just an ordinary coming of age movie. It carries with it the sense of empowerment that we all look for especially women and rarely get to find. To me it was satisfying to quite a degree because I believe empowerment just cannot be wrested… you gotta work hard to earn it!
A definite watch for everyone looking for a simple and fun period film, some eye candy and it’s definitely something we need to watch with our younger kids. As effectively it calls out gender norms and perceptions. A great way to encourage your kids to think beyond stereotypes

Tvinkal is an idea that is seeded in the mind of our Muse and CEO Jahanara because of a dearth of good reading material pertaining to Pakistanis. An avid reader herself, she felt that most of the Pakistani Blogs were all about either sensationalism or were so deeply monetized that all they offered were advertisements or endorsements of different brands.
There isn’t a single Pakistani Lifestyle Blog that talks about the real life interests of Pakistanis especially the women. Be it Fashion, Trends, Street Style, Cooking, Shopping, Upcoming Events, Movie Reviews or a take on the International Scene, we just never get to read a Pakistanis Perspective.
And that is how Tvinkal came about!
