Bumble bee was just so totally refreshing. I’m a fan of the transformers! Always was and always will be and hardly ever never miss any of their movies. So bumblebee was on my radar even though schedule was tough. And finally I was able to catch it!
The transformers just couldn’t get any more human now could they? For a franchise aiming at this all along bumble bee was the perfect spinoff into the transformers universe!
Without giving the plot away of course, I’ll just say that the coming of age story wasn’t just for the human protagonist in the movie but for Bee also…
A beautiful spin off with the expected graphics and for a change a great film plot. Over the last couple of years the Sci-Fi genre has thank goodness turned towards the telling of the story too! Because new age graphics just don’t cut it anymore! So whether it’s the humor of the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Thor franchise or the coming of age of this bumble bee I am forever grateful for this progress!
