Aladdin A Review
Here is another movie just like Maleficent that appeals to all ages and is a universal pleasure to watch.
Everyone is familiar with the tale that is Aladdin and of course we are universally fascinated by the possibility of have any three wishes granted. But what we haven’t seen or experienced yet is the sheer force of character that Will Smith brings to the Genie in this particular tale.
I settled down in the movie and was a little put off at first at the prospect of having to contend with a musical. But the moment Will Smith made his entry into the movie the mood went poof and the movie just took an incredibly exciting turn.
The casting is excellent no doubt and so were the songs with my fav being “A Friend Like Me”
The costumes could have been improved I guess but that’s a perspective from an eastern Fashionista. No doubt they look pretty cool to the makers. It’s an incredibly beautiful movie for all ages and a great way to spend some time with your family. Maybe take your grand mom or dad to see it! Its that kinda Flick.

Tvinkal is an idea that is seeded in the mind of our Muse and CEO Jahanara because of a dearth of good reading material pertaining to Pakistanis. An avid reader herself, she felt that most of the Pakistani Blogs were all about either sensationalism or were so deeply monetized that all they offered were advertisements or endorsements of different brands.
There isn’t a single Pakistani Lifestyle Blog that talks about the real life interests of Pakistanis especially the women. Be it Fashion, Trends, Street Style, Cooking, Shopping, Upcoming Events, Movie Reviews or a take on the International Scene, we just never get to read a Pakistanis Perspective.
And that is how Tvinkal came about!
