Bringing for you today another yummy very desi recipe!
I made these with mincemeat of chicken and mind you that you need to visit a tandoor and talk to them beforehand as a lot of them don’t like to make these.
After that it’s pretty easy going really. Check out the recipe below
Chicken mincemeat 1.5 Kg
Green chilies thinly cut ½ cup*
Onions chopped 2 cups
Coriander leaves roughly chopped 1 cup
Salt 3 teaspoons*
White cumin 2 tablespoons*
Red chili ground 3 tablespoon*
Mix Garam masala powder 2 table spoon*

Mix all ingredients together and mix well. I suggest taking some flour and making a small roti beforehand tasting the mixture before getting the naans made. Remember that the tandoor flour has a good amount of salt in it. Also remember that the mixture should be a little spicy as the flour is heavy and the spices will be suppressed.
It’s better to stand and have the nans made under your supervision. Generous amounts of the mixture in the naan is a good idea. Makes about 15 nans from this mixture. Garnish the naans with butter and serve hot with Raita.
