A simple Recipe Chicken Paneer Handi

Flour: 4 Table spoons
Cream: 2 Packs
Knorr Chicken Cubes: 2
Boneless Chicken cut in Strips: 1 KG
Grated Cheese: ½ Cup
Bell Peppers cut in small cubes: 2
Salt and White Pepper to Taste
Take a Wok and add about 1 cup of cooking oil to it. Add the flour and stir till golden brown. Add a little water but do so carefully at a low heat so the flour does melts into a paste. Add the cubes and the Cream. Cook for 2 minutes and add the chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes and add salt and pepper. Check if the chicken is cooked. Add the bell peppers. Dish out and sprinkle the cheese on top to form a melted layer. Serve immediately with rice or naan.
Add Mushrooms for a fancier version of this dish.
