I am a staunch advocate and supporter of the Pakistani Film Industry as my regular readers can attest!
I am of the opinion that if we can take time and money out to watch movies from other countries why not Pakistan. And honestly the Pakistani Movie Industry has really got some really great efforts in terms of movies to commend itself.
Perpetually raising the bar on itself our Films are indeed a source of entertainment and in some cases serious reflection.
What I particularly enjoyed this year was the fabulous music that came of our Industry!

Tvinkal is an idea that is seeded in the mind of our Muse and CEO Jahanara because of a dearth of good reading material pertaining to Pakistanis. An avid reader herself, she felt that most of the Pakistani Blogs were all about either sensationalism or were so deeply monetized that all they offered were advertisements or endorsements of different brands.
There isn’t a single Pakistani Lifestyle Blog that talks about the real life interests of Pakistanis especially the women. Be it Fashion, Trends, Street Style, Cooking, Shopping, Upcoming Events, Movie Reviews or a take on the International Scene, we just never get to read a Pakistanis Perspective.
And that is how Tvinkal came about!
